With over 35 years of leadership in federal law enforcement and private sector security, I’ve dedicated my career to protecting what matters most—people, assets, and reputation.
As a retired U.S. Secret Service executive, I led complex protective operations, supervised high-stakes investigations, and coordinated National Special Security Events, including the 2012 NATO Summit and President-Elect Barack Obama’s 2008 election night rally. My tenure included oversight of one of the largest field offices in the country, managing more than 130 personnel and multimillion-dollar budgets.
After retiring from federal service, I transitioned to the private sector, serving as Director of Security for McCormick Place and later as Senior Director of Global Security and Loss Prevention at Grainger. In these roles, I developed enterprise-wide risk programs, enhanced crisis response capabilities, and built resilient security infrastructures for Fortune 500 environments.
Today, I lead Springdale Solutions LLC, a private security consulting practice that blends my law enforcement legacy with modern risk mitigation strategies. I partner with corporate leaders, venue operators, and public institutions to deliver practical, intelligence-driven solutions that strengthen safety and resilience.
